The Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Saudi Arabia had recalled the new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado for fire risk. This is a software problem in which the plastic parts of the car's exhaust system could overheat causing it to melt and that might lead to causing accidents and fire.

Undertaken procedure:

Contact GM dealers in order to fix the problem and repair the affected vehicles for free. The recall will begin on Jan 28, 2014.
