The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) revealed that it collected samples from Cadbury chocolate bars available at the Saudi markets to be tested in labs
to make sure the product doesn’t contain the DNA of the big after it was reportedly that Cadbury products that are produced in Malaysia have some portions of the DNA of the big.
According to the regular tests done by the Malysian ministry of health, DNA of big traced at the following patches of products:
1- Cadbury dairy milk (with nuts), having the code no: M01Hi2200813, which expired at 13/11/2015
2- Cadbury dairy milk (with toasted almonds), having code no: N01R1221013, Which expired in 15/01/2015
The SFDA began high level caution procedures; collecting samples from a variety of products imported from a number of countries all over the world. Tests results approved that there are no traces of the DNA of big at any Cadbury product at the local markets.
