The Ministry of Health warned consumers against Vital Honey Product, which is produced by DOSEVITAL, which is a Malaysian company. 

The product, which is promoted and marketed as a natural one, has TADALFIL, which as a medical ingredient should be used according a prescription and under the medical supervision.

In the same context, Omani ministry of health received a warning issued by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority  against Royal Coffee Product, which is produced by EL DONG TEA SLIMMING. The product is marketed and promoted as a natural one, but based on lab tests, it has been found containing the same above mentioned medical substance.
